Finance Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to come and join the Victoria College Finance Team. The successful applicant will:
- Plan and manage the school budget on a day-to-day basis, advising and supporting the Bursar to ensure effective and efficient use of funds to support the long-term Strategic Plan of Victoria College
- Monitor expenditure, employment and activity against the budget, interpreting and reporting on variances
- Manage and audit the quality assurance aspect of all financial processes, ensuring compliance with States of Jersey Financial Directions and that value for money is achieved at all times
- Provide advice and support to the Bursar, Headteacher and Board of Governors on all financial matters and provide up to date financial analysis and reports as required

School Secretary and Receptionist
We are seeking a School Secretary and Receptionist to provide term time only (+3 days) professional and comprehensive administration and secretarial support to the staff, parents, and pupils of the College and enable the smooth running of the school.
